Shepherdfamilyvalues got started in Business Consulting after selling two successful businesses and learning that there are entrepreneur out there that cannot get started in business. We coaches and consults with a lot of entrepreneur, ministry, and businesses that want to go to the next level. We offer tips and advice regularly through my newsletters, forum, and blog to help others get past their obstacles and start seeing results. We are warriors and that's our business - helping others succeed.
You may have seen a lot of so called "Gurus" and "experts" all over the internet creating free newsletters and free reports simply to get your name, emaiil and show you the product they want you to buy, but unlike them our goal is to provide as much value and to over-deliver as much a possible. We works very closely with the management team, board of directors or business owner to research current information as required and to prepare and present findings in a meaningful way. The Paradigm Shift That Changed Everything Warning: What we are about to tell you is completely "ass-backwards" and will probably go against everything you've been taught on how to build a business so far and you might actually be shocked at how simple it is... but IT WORKS. Well this secret skill is called "Promoting Yourself FIRST"...that's it. Let's face it; there are thousands of other businesses the EXACT same thing as you. What's going to make you stand out? What's going to make someone pick up the phone and call you to ask questions about your business and how to join? FACT: People do not buy into opportunities, products, and compensation plans. People buy into you. Could you imagine the impact this could have on your business? Probably the BEST thing about this business is that you DO have a choice with whom you work with. One thing my mentor taught us, was that it's always better to work with people who you have a few things in common with. And it's true. We are attracted to people who we like, trust and in some way relate to, and ironically that's who we usually do business with (people we know, like and trust) which is partially why you've read this far. Most of my business partners usually connect with me on some level or another, whether it's common business experiences, common interests, hobbies or even living in the same area, etc. we've found that having things in common inside "and outside" of just doing business helps build stronger and more satisfying business relationships with your prospects and business partners in the end. Which is why we going to share some of our own hobbies and interests so you can not only see who we are "outside" the office but also by showing you that we are approachable, real people with hobbies and interests just like you, it'll be easier for you to see that we are not some scam artist hiding behind a website. Which will hopefully make it that much easier for you to contact us if you need to call, or email me if you have any questions or you need help or advice and who knows we might actually have a thing or two in common. So first off, C.Z. live in "Georgia" and to say that I'm a HUGE Horse fan would be an understatement. Golf is my game - Let's just say if there's a game on and Tiger is playing, it might get a little bit "rowdy" ;0) Sports-wise I'm also into basketball (of course the Knicks) and also a little bit of baseball. Aside from sports I'm also interested in computers but I've always been interested in designing websites. I'm also into movies; I'm almost always up for a good movie. And as of late I've been more and more interested in traveling. Getting change scenery, change of pace and seeing new places is definitely something I plan on doing more of. So far I've been to Miami (have to go back), Palm Springs, San Diego, Atlanta, and Philly. I'll keep you posted as the list grows. I'm also into health and fitness (I'm not a health nut) but getting in shape and staying in shape is something that I'm always working on. As A Trusted Business Professional... C.Z. has a B.S. in Chemistry. I'm a "techie". I was also in the U.S. military - the U.S. Army, which is one of the things that's helped mold, me into the business professional I am today. (Hmmm....maybe it's that don't quit attitude that I picked up over the years that's the reason why I never threw in towel yet or maybe it's because I'm too stubborn to quit - who knows) Being in the military I was always taught to share with others how to succeed. So helping others is simply something that's a part of me now. And it's also part of the reason why I live by the philosophy of "giving first before you can get". Something we have learned is that people want to feel like someone is looking out for their success and not treated like just part of the herd. Unfortunately there are a lot of people who can show you how to sign on the dotted line and start your own business or buy this tool or that tool, and not only is it low, cheap, and dirty, it's down right "sickening". Unfortunately we know from experience that we can't guarantee your success, that's entirely up to you. But we've helped a lot of people achieve success over the years... and we are pretty sure we can help you as well.
